Spotting Janhvi Kapoor with her bright smile at the gym has become a regular sighting for us. While she’s always her happy and chirpy self-post her gym sessions, we do realize that a lot of hard work does go in behind those doors.
According to a recent report by a tabloid, Janhvi, United Nations agency has been juggling between the shoots of Kargil lady and RoohiAfza, which is underdoing significant weight changes for the two films.
While the actress had to gain six kgs for the Gunjan Saxena biopic, she had to again shed a total of 10kgs for the Rajkummar Rao starrer RoohiAfza.
And now, the report reveals that before she kickstarts shooting for Kargil Girl again, Janhvi will have to put on some muscle for the role in the film.
A supply getting ready to the actor aforementioned, “She is working out six days a week, for two to three hours daily.
For the primary 2 days, she does EMS [Electrical Muscle Stimulation] and the remaining four days are dedicated to pilates.
She features a back injury due to that her coaching needs to be monitored.
Apart from the films mentioned above, Janhvi also has Dostana 2 and Karan Johar’s Takht in her kitty.
While Dostana 2 will star Kartik Aaryan along with a newcomer, Takht boasts of an ensemble cast including the likes of Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Anil Kapoor.
